Steps to fill out Residential Lease application
- Lease application and the Authorization to Release Information Related to a Residential Lease Applicant are needed for each occupant 18 years and older.
- Download the forms. Fill in the required data,& sign the forms. You will also have to submit $40 per applicant at the time of submission of your documentation. Hand deliver, email or mail the completed documents and application fee to the office. You may call in your credit card, if you desire.
